📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and operations specialists • Partner with senior leadership, product teams, RnD, security, and infrastructure groups to align cloud strategy with business objectives • Represent Cloud Operations in leadership forums with actionable communication • Oversee change management processes for safe, predictable, and compliant deployments • Serve as primary escalation point for critical incidents and lead high-severity response • Participate in major incident management, communication, coordination, and post-incident analysis • Drive corrective actions, root-cause remediation, and improvements to environments, build automation, and build processes • Improve and enforce operational processes, runbooks, and documentation • Design, implement, and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines • Standardize application and infrastructure build and release pipelines • Implement Infrastructure as Code practices • Ensure pipeline security, artifact management, versioning, and governance • Champion DevOps best practices across engineering teams • Manage and support Kubernetes clusters • Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using Argo CD • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized applications • Manage Azure cloud resources, subscriptions, policies, and integrations • Support and maintain VMware environments • Contribute to hybrid cloud strategies and cloud migration initiatives • Optimize cloud cost, performance, and resource utilization • Provide oversight for Windows Server administration • Troubleshoot application, OS, pipeline, and infrastructure issues across cloud and on-prem environments
