📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for assigned U.S. healthcare provider clients. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and support client retention. • Support achievement of client accounts receivable reduction goals. • Assist in reducing denials and improving collection performance. • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and operational issues. • Maintain accurate documentation of client discussions and action plans. • Lead recurring operational meetings, client reviews, and revenue cycle performance discussions. • Communicate revenue cycle findings, recommendations, and action plans. • Identify client concerns, reimbursement risks, aging trends, and operational challenges. • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable, days in A/R, aging inventory, collection rates, net collection percentage, denial rates, clean claim rates, first-pass resolution rates, underpayment trends, and payer performance metrics. • Review revenue cycle trends and recommend strategies to improve reimbursement and cash flow. • Review outstanding A/R inventories and identify opportunities to accelerate collections. • Analyze payer issues and identify root causes of denials, payment variances, and A/R delays. • Coordinate corrective action plans and escalate reimbursement concerns. • Collaborate with Billing, Coding, Accounts Receivable, Payment Posting, Credentialing, Prior Authorization, and Patient Advocacy teams. • Coordinate resolution of escalated payer issues, denials, appeals, reimbursement challenges, and high-priority client concerns. • Support onboarding, workflow implementation, process improvement initiatives, and client-specific projects. • Promote effective use of technology and automation tools to improve operational efficiency. • Drive measurable improvements in reimbursement outcomes and operational effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (7) years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. • Minimum two (2) years supporting physician practices, medical groups, ambulatory providers, or healthcare management organizations. • Previous client-facing experience in account management, operations management, revenue cycle management, or relationship management. • Demonstrated experience managing accounts receivable performance and revenue cycle improvement initiatives. • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations. • Knowledge of medical billing and claims processing. • Knowledge of accounts receivable follow-up and collections strategies. • Knowledge of denials management and appeals processes. • Knowledge of commercial payer reimbursement methodologies. • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. • Knowledge of managed care plans. • Knowledge of provider credentialing and enrollment. • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements. • Knowledge of Practice Management Systems and EHR platforms. • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. • Ability to effectively communicate with U.S.-based providers and executive stakeholders. • Experience conducting client meetings and presenting operational performance reports. • Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
