Description

• HAUD are expanding and looking for a dynamic Presales Engineer to join the team in LATAM • Support global sales and service delivery team in meeting revenue objectives • Manage full technical lifecycle of customers from lead to delivery and beyond • Work closely with Solutions Architect in designing customer solutions • Assist in RFPs • Hyper-growth global organization with innovation and diversity at the core • Flexible working model promoting work/life balance • Investment in employee growth and development through learning programs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Pre Sales and/or Service Delivery role in telecoms industry • Working knowledge in Linux technologies (Ubuntu and CentOS) • Experience with Virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, OpenStack) • Working knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals • Experience in telecommunications and knowledge of protocols such as SS7, SIP, and Diameter • Experience with IP security devices • Experience in selling and delivering complex solutions to mobile operators • Strong understanding of mobile sms/ussd, RCS communications, 4G/5G networks • Strong collaborative team player/leader • Strong communication and presentation skills • Industry knowledge and resourcefulness • Business planning skills • Ability to travel occasionally • High proficiency in English and Spanish; Understanding of French and/or Portuguese considered an asset
