Description
• Own the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive engagement and feature adoption for active providers • Partner with various internal teams to bring lifecycle campaigns to life • Deeply understand the customer and key pain points • Proactively identify key moments to deepen provider engagement • Map the active provider journey and create user journey flows • Manage a competitive roadmap of initiatives and prioritize data requirements • Drive actions from existing users by leveraging messaging strategies • Track KPIs, analyze program performance, and optimize through experiments
Requirements
• 4-6+ years experience managing lifecycle or email marketing campaigns • Empathetic, customer-centric approach • Ability to prioritize based on highest impact initiatives • Results driven with data and metrics analysis • Test and learn mindset • Experience in clear requirements across creative, data, and technical teams • Balance creativity and logic to build innovative solutions • Hands-on with HTML/CSS and customer engagement platforms (Iterable, Marketo)
