Description
• As a Provider Growth Associate, you'll have an instrumental impact as we expand Headway across the country. • You'll be directly responsible for scaling our community of therapists and psychiatrists to increase access to quality care. • You'll work cross-functionally to translate insights from sales process into products and processes.
Requirements
• 1-3 years experience in consultative sales or consumer sales (bonus points if in a startup or sold to small businesses) • Ability to connect with people in person, over the phone, or over email • Deep work ethic and desire to continuously improve • Ability to handle challenges, think on your feet, and try new approaches • Scientific approach to growth and analytical ability • Desire to learn and grow • Belief in the mission of affordable and accessible mental health care for everyone
