• As an Integrated Partner Manager, you'll play a vital role in executing HealthJoy’s growth strategy. • You'll build trusted relationships with our national integrated partners, supporting interactions with brokers and customers. • This means nurturing relationships both in person and virtually, collaborating with our Field Sales team, and ensuring seamless experiences for our partners and their clients. • You'll also serve as the 'Voice of Partner,' developing and enhancing partnerships to drive growth and client retention.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years in sales, account management, or customer success within employee benefits or healthcare SaaS • Customer-centric mindset and passion for helping customers succeed • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment
