Description
• Full product lifecycle ownership from ideation through to go-to-market • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision • Alignment of stakeholders to execute against the product roadmap • Prioritize features and upgrades based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility • Deeply understand user experience and customer needs through extensive research • Coach and mentor team members to make independent decisions and provide necessary guidance • Embrace challenging situations and thrive in a flexible, flat-structured work environment • Quick to grasp complexities and bridge the gap between technical specifics and business needs • Engage in high-level designs and turn them into real-world solutions • Contribute to developing an AI product for healthcare both in Australia and internationally
Requirements
• You’ll have 3-5+ years of product experience - someone with true passion for the product craft in bringing a product purist’s mindset to everything they do. • A gun in shipping 0 to 1 products, working across the entire product life cycle from ideation to go-to-market efforts perhaps previously worked as a product engineer. • Solid understanding of software development life cycle, user experience and design principles. • You love getting into the nitty gritty details of complex projects and don’t let anything fall through the cracks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Unafraid to get your hands dirty to solve a wide range of shifting challenges and priorities - you need to be comfortable wearing a few different hats. • Self-starting mindset with high degree of autonomy and ownership in task execution. • Passion to build in healthcare and leave a legacy for all the patients that Heidi graces, but previous experience in healthcare is not essential.
