📋 Description

• Take newly signed partnerships from the sales team through onboarding, integration, and launch • Plan and run recurring activation campaigns across partner channels, including newsletters, apps, on-site, and customer service • Own day-to-day partner relationships and build trusted, long-term connections • Define and track enrollment, activation rate, engagement, and retention metrics • Turn engagement and health-outcome data into concrete improvements • Build reusable playbooks and materials to improve partnership activation • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Medical • Bring field learnings back into the team • Identify opportunities to expand and renew existing partnerships and convert them into growth

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in partner success, account management, partnerships, B2B(2C) marketing, or activation • Proven track record of getting partnerships operational and driving measurable end-user activation • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, comfortable with stakeholders at every level • Data-driven approach with funnel and KPI thinking • Independent, self-motivated, organized, and a strong collaborator in remote environments • Experience in a fast-paced environment; startup/VC or strategy consulting preferred • Fluency in German and English • Experience with the German healthcare market (GKV/PKV, §20/prevention) is a strong plus
