📋 Description

• Manage and continuously develop the company’s presence on Otto and eBay • Maintain and optimize Otto and eBay listings to improve visibility and drive growth • Test new approaches to maximize the potential of both channels • Conduct keyword research and create product keyword clusters • Create new product listings and maintain and optimize existing listings • Create content • Maintain the product information system and ensure product data is consistent and up to date • Monitor relevant marketing KPIs and analyze marketplace performance • Evaluate performance data and prepare meaningful reports • Identify optimization opportunities based on marketplace algorithms and ranking factors, and derive concrete actions • Support the integration of new marketplaces such as Douglas, Kaufland, and Galaxus • Gradually take ownership of additional marketplace channels • Work closely with the team on strategic matters

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in marketplace marketing and e-commerce • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and how visibility and performance can be managed on marketplaces • Willingness to try new approaches and contribute your own ideas • Experience with additional marketplaces, such as Amazon, DocMorris, or Shop Apotheke, is a plus • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate metrics and derive concrete actions • Strong project management skills • Independent, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to work • Fluency in German • English language skills are an advantage • Permanent residence in Germany required
