📋 Description

• Manage a growing portfolio of SMSF customers • Deliver high-quality financial statements, tax returns and compliance obligations • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Maintain accuracy, timeliness and compliance across SMSF accounting outcomes • Prepare annual financial statements, tax returns and regulatory obligations across diverse SMSF structures and scenarios • Improve operational processes and workflows to increase scalability and enhance customer experience • Develop expertise across Stake Super products and services • Partner with auditors, regulators and cross-functional teams for efficient fund administration • Help customers manage and grow their retirement savings • Raise operational standards and strengthen Stake’s SMSF service offering • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations and Accounting teams on process improvements and customer experience initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in SMSF administration • Experience with complex superannuation structures and compliance requirements • Technical accounting expertise • Customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail • Clear and confident communication with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders • Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities • Proactive ownership and collaborative working style • Experience with Class or similar SMSF administration platforms is a bonus • Experience preparing SMSF financial statements, tax returns and regulatory lodgements is a bonus • Experience supporting audits and working with external SMSF auditors is a bonus • Experience with Australian accounting, tax or superannuation legislation in a specialist SMSF environment is a bonus • Experience contributing to process improvement or operational scaling initiatives is a bonus
