📋 Description

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, consolidations, eliminations, and allocations • Manage intercompany transactions, subsidiary funding requests, and related compliance requirements across international entities • Support audits and financial reporting requirements while maintaining audit-ready documentation • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that strengthen controls and reduce manual work • Partner with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other teams to resolve accounting issues and improve financial processes • Support treasury activities, audit requests, and ad hoc analysis requests • Independently manage work of diverse scope and solve complex accounting issues • Report to the Director, Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or multinational organization • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial close processes, intercompany accounting, and statutory compliance • Experience managing complex reconciliations, audit requests, and accounting documentation across multiple entities • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large amounts of financial data • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus across teams • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
