📋 Description

• Conduct training sessions with clients, ensuring effective adoption of the system; • Adapt communication for different customer profiles to ensure full understanding; • Identify recurring questions and difficulties to propose improvements to training and processes; • Monitor indicators and metrics to ensure customer activation within the system; • Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer experience from the very beginning.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Google tools (e.g., Drive, Docs, Sheets); • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service; • Experience monitoring performance metrics; • Basic familiarity with CRM/relationship tools such as Pipedrive; • Basic client negotiation skills; • Willingness to engage with the client’s business and propose solutions; • Logical reasoning; • Organizational skills to manage workload; • Strong verbal and written communication.
