Description

• Collaborate with managers and staff engineers to provide technical leadership • Mentor team members in best practices and engineering processes • Develop and communicate architectural standards • Craft clean, intuitive user interfaces and code using TDD • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and code reviews • Mentor team members through pair programming • Solve complex problems and collaborate with DevOps team • Utilize technologies including C, C++, C#, .NET, SQL, WinForms, WPF, GitLab, Win32 API, and more

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of backend software development experience • Experience as a team or tech lead preferred • Expertise in unit testing and domain driven design • Familiarity with Agile environments and Jira • Strong communication skills • Ability to estimate engineering work within set timelines • Nice to have: knowledge of BDD, microservice architecture, HL7 FHIR
