📋 Description

• Identify, qualify and engage the most relevant prospects for HeyTeam. • Generate a steady flow of qualified meetings (MQLs) for the Account Executive team. • Directly contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline and the discovery of new strategic accounts. • Quickly process inbound leads from the website, marketing campaigns or partners. • Qualify prospect needs and potential through an initial contact (call / email / LinkedIn). • Collaborate with marketing to refine scoring criteria and lead quality. • Identify and target new companies within key segments (mid-market, enterprise). • Set up multichannel outreach sequences (cold email, LinkedIn, calls, events…). • Reach the right stakeholders with personalized, high-value messages. • Map strategic target accounts and understand their HR challenges. • Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM database.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar role within the technology, information or internet sector. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong results orientation. • Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. • Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
