📋 Description

• Develop sales of the Hugo™ surgical robotic system with a defined portfolio of existing hospitals • Build and engage a decision-making coalition within each institution • Identify and grow opportunities to expand robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery • Jointly produce cost-benefit analyses • Demonstrate the clinical, operational and economic value of the solution • Manage long, complex sales cycles with rigor, commitment and a results-oriented approach

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of successful experience selling complex medical equipment and negotiating with hospitals • Proven experience managing high-value strategic sales cycles • University degree • Fluent in French and English • Strong understanding of the operating room environment and minimally invasive surgery • Strict adherence to professional ethics and company policies
