• Developing Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with HiHello’s objectives and growth plans, including market positioning, target audience identification, and competitive analysis. • Brand Building and Awareness: Establish and enhance HiHello’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Cultivate brand awareness through innovative campaigns and strategies. • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Drive customer acquisition campaigns leveraging various channels (digital marketing, content marketing, social media, etc.) while implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. • Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and oversee lead generation programs to fuel sales pipeline growth. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion strategies and alignment. • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or features, including messaging, positioning, and launch plans. • Marketing Analytics and Optimization: Use data-driven insights to measure marketing performance, track KPIs, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI. Implement marketing automation tools and strategies where applicable. • Team Leadership and Management: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing talents to drive excellence. • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven track record (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably within startups or high-growth companies. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drove measurable business impact. • Strong leadership and team-building skills with 3+ years experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams. • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, branding, product marketing, growth marketing, and strategic marketing. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging marketing analytics and tools for decision-making. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
