• Lead and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, foster lead generation, and bolster sales revenue • Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for internal divisions • Develop Seer’s annual marketing plan and supervise Seer’s organic social media, thought leadership strategy, and content strategy • Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through creative and impactful marketing tactics • Focus on minute details while keeping a firm grasp on the overarching goals • Work closely with the Founder + CEO on all things AI/ChatGPT • Manage Seer's social media channels and Marketing Newsletter • Develop and implement a robust brand and content strategy • Collaborate with other divisions to optimize the website and generate MQLs • Synchronize marketing and sales objectives • Actively engage in the annual budget development process • Mentor team members and foster a culture of feedback and learning • Represent Seer Interactive at industry events and conferences • Manage Seer’s Sales Development Rep, and optimize email outreach tactics
• Seasoned and strategic Director of Marketing with strong leadership chops • Extensive hands-on experience in a startup and/or agency environment • Successful track record in generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for startups, agencies, or tech/software-enabled consultancies • Exceptional leadership and strategic executive communication skills • Digital marketing agency experience required • SEO practitioner experience and understanding of digital marketing • Client-focused mindset • Experience leading overall digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, organic social media, email marketing, and content marketing • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams • Ability to build a marketing strategy and team from the ground up in an agency or startup environment
