• Work with our co-founders and other functional leaders across the business to bring our brand to life in a powerful way across all channels, to help achieve key business goals such as sales growth, profitability, loyalty and marketing budget ROI. • Develop brand and product marketing strategies, including consumer target approach and positioning, to help achieve brand, category, and channel goals. • Lead development of annual brand marketing plan and budget — defining marketing goals, objectives, strategies, and KPIs. • Manage the execution of marketing plans, providing clear goals and strategy around seasonal strategic briefs, new product launches, holistic GTM process, ongoing PR efforts, etc. • Drive omni-channel marketing calendar and weekly marketing share out, tracking and unifying efforts across DTC, wholesale, Amazon, email, paid social, and organic social. • Actively track, analyze and share out metrics and insights re: brand marketing, with a focus on using data to work smarter and drive long-term success. • Guide and support a team of direct reports, including brand, product marketing and creative teams. • Drive clear and consistent storytelling and brand voice across marketing touchpoints. • Partner with others on the marketing team to track and share competitive activity, trends, and implications. • Foster strong cross-functional relationships, and be a key partner supporting our co-founders and all our channel leaders (DTC, Amazon and Wholesale). • Serve as an inspiring, thoughtful and collaborative leader within our business, especially for our brand marketing & creative teams.
• A bachelor’s degree • 15+ years of experience at a successful clean skincare or wellness CPG brand, as a visible leader across the business, including board engagement. • Extensive experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, communications, brand marketing, and product marketing in a DTC-centric omnichannel CPG company, ideally with a national retail footprint. • Experience managing & mentoring creative/marketing teams with successful outcomes. • The ability to translate qualitative/quantitative data into actionable insights that tell a powerful story. • A true creative thinker and challenger—with a strong track record of bringing impactful campaigns to life through storytelling and activation. • A strong planner and operator, with demonstrated strategy, execution, and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • The ability to multitask and prioritize projects simultaneously while adhering to shifting deadlines; organized and detail-oriented. • Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to maintain strong cross-functional partnerships to foster a team environment. • An opportunistic, new business mindset—a doer.
