• Craft and execute marketing plans aligned with Symmetry’s objectives • Oversee multi-channel demand generation initiatives • Recruit and lead a skilled marketing team • Strengthen Symmetry’s digital presence • Provide sales teams with impactful collateral and training • Develop customer lifecycle marketing programs • Own and enhance the positioning and messaging of Symmetry’s brand • Utilize analytics and reporting tools to optimize campaigns and enhance customer experiences

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing • 5+ years of proven success in building and leading enterprise marketing teams • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and marketing automation tools • Excellent communication skills • Technical acumen in marketing API and SaaS products • Bias for action and impeccable execution • BA/BS degree (Bonus: Prior payroll or fintech experience)

Benefits
