📋 Description

• Manage affiliate recruitment and communication at scale for a TikTok Shop agency serving e-commerce clients • Run outreach campaigns to recruit affiliates and creators into client TikTok Shop programs • Conduct high-volume outreach using TikTok's native affiliate and creator tools, Yuka, and Cruva • Follow outreach templates and sequences while maintaining quality across high-volume contacts • Respond to inbound affiliate messages and questions using templated responses • Manage ongoing communication with active affiliates and creators • Confirm content requirements, including posting three product videos in exchange for free samples • Escalate non-standard or complex issues to a manager • Review, approve, or deny free sample requests using team-provided rule sets • Apply decision frameworks consistently and document approval decisions • Track affiliate sales and commission activity across client programs • Maintain organized creator performance records • Surface relevant performance insights to the team • Complete the stated application, video introduction, assessment if applicable, interviews, and background/reference check process

🎯 Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience with TikTok Shop affiliate management — hard requirement • Familiarity with TikTok's native affiliate and creator tools, Yuka, or Cruva strongly preferred • Comfortable handling high-volume outreach and templated communication consistently and accurately • Able to follow rule-based decision frameworks for approving and denying sample requests • Reliable internet connection • At least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Time • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through across multiple active creator relationships • Experience with e-commerce or agency clients across multiple brands is nice to have • Understanding of creator and influencer economics, commission-based sales, and sample-for-content programs is nice to have • Background managing TikTok Shop programs at scale across multiple client accounts is nice to have • Updated resume required • Short Loom video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and describing relevant experience required; only candidates submitting a Loom video advance
