📋 Description

• Own outreach across influencer relationships, brand and magazine partnerships, and B2B lead generation for DTC and B2B clients • Identify, research, and contact influencers and content creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube • Build and maintain influencer relationships from initial outreach through campaign execution • Manage influencer communications, negotiate terms, coordinate deliverables, and track performance • Identify and pursue partnerships with publications, media brands, and complementary companies • Conduct outreach to editorial teams, partnership managers, and brand collaborators • Coordinate partnership agreements and align parties on expectations and deliverables • Conduct outbound B2B outreach via email and LinkedIn • Qualify leads, build prospect lists, personalize outreach, follow up, and maintain the sales pipeline • Log activity and track pipeline progress accurately • Use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools to research prospects, draft outreach, and build scalable workflows • Implement automations and improve outreach processes using data and performance feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Marketing background with understanding of influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and DTC growth strategies • Proven experience in influencer outreach, partnerships, or a similar relationship-building role • Comfortable conducting B2B outreach and managing a lead-generation workflow • Strong written English communication skills • Ability to write personalized, non-generic outreach • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple outreach tracks simultaneously • Comfortable using AI tools to research, draft, and automate outreach workflows • Self-directed and proactive with strong follow-through • Availability during US business hours • Updated resume required • Short 1–2 minute Loom video required; only candidates who submit one advance to the next hiring step • Nice to have: DTC brand or marketing-agency experience • Nice to have: Familiarity with AspireIQ, Grin, or similar influencer marketing platforms • Nice to have: Experience with Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft • Nice to have: Magazine or media partnership experience • Nice to have: Experience building AI-powered outreach workflows or automations
