• Monitor and triage high-volume inbox traffic for the AVP, Sales **• Identify and elevate items requiring direct attention **• Draft and route routine responses as appropriate **• Help reduce administrative email burden during peak event cycles **• Facilitate information flow between the AVP, Sales and internal teams including Finance, Production, and Operations **• Provide requested project information to internal stakeholders such as contracts, estimates, and updates **• Track follow-ups and ensure timely responses **• Support general administrative needs tied to active sales projects **• Maintain and update CRM and future ERP systems **• Support entry of client and contact information **• Assist with sales forecasting updates and pipeline hygiene **• Generate basic sales and activity reports as requested **• Assist in the preparation and organization of sales-related documents **• Maintain organized digital files and records **• Support scheduling and light calendar coordination as needed **• Assist with post-project documentation and notes **• Help maintain consistency in sales processes and documentation **• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows **• Support future ERP-related data initiatives
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or similar role **• Experience directly supporting a sales leader or sales organization strongly preferred **• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
