📋 Description

• Report directly to the Global Supply Chain Manager • Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of around 10 professionals • Ensure suppliers and partners deliver consistent, sustainable materials and services meeting technical, safety, and sustainability standards • Partner with Supply Chain Management to develop standardized supply base management and quality training materials • Drive deployment and adherence to supplier qualification processes and ensure active suppliers maintain qualification and compliance • Provide regular quality and compliance status updates to Supply Chain Management leadership • Ensure corporate quality processes are understood and implemented across the organization • Represent the “Voice of Supplier” and share strategic supplier perspectives and constraints with internal functions • Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Project Management, and SCM leadership on critical product qualifications • Support Supplier Quality Engineers during product qualification planning and execution • Evaluate supplier PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams • Oversee resolution of supplier Non-Conformances and supplier process improvements • Co-define supplier quality KPIs with global SCM and ensure performance reporting • Define risk-based supplier site inspections and integrate requirements into QCPs or ITPs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience within Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Operations • At least 3 years in a leadership or team management role within a matrixed, large-scale organizational structure • Certified Lead Auditor (ISO9001 or similar) • Six Sigma Green Belt • Expert-level proficiency in structured methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, and Six Sigma DMAIC • Mastery of APQP/PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA (Gage R&R), and SPC (Statistical Process Control) • Ability to direct, mentor, motivate, and balance workloads of geographically dispersed and multicultural Supplier Quality Engineers across different time zones • Exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize dense technical data into high-impact reports and presentations • Ability to cultivate collaborative networks with internal engineering, global category management, and project quality teams
