• Provide comprehensive technical support to our customers, addressing their concerns promptly and proficiently • Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance and solutions to their technical queries • Spearhead the development of automation scripts, leveraging your expertise in Python, to enhance efficiency within customer success operations

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field • Proficiency in basic coding skills, preferably in Python • Strong IT acumen spanning software troubleshooting, network administration, IT security, APIs, and integrations • Exceptional communication skills for effective customer interaction • Fluency in both German and English (at least C1 proficiency) • Experience working with enterprise software such as SAP or Abacus • Familiarity with the HR tool landscape, including platforms like Sage and Abacus
