📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and a working student • Manage relationships with relevant sellers and build trust-based relationships • Design and implement KPIs for Account Management performance and growth • Coordinate collaboration with other marketplace subteams

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant work experience in account management or online marketplaces • Strong analytical skills for creating and understanding reports and KPIs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with persistence in achieving goals • Natural talent for leadership and passion for developing people and team structures • Proactive regarding AI-driven solutions and technical innovations • Fluent in German and English; French, Polish or Dutch would be a plus
