Description

• We're looking for a talented Staff Product Designer with a specialization in Service Design to join our innovative team at Homebound. In this role, you'll be instrumental in transforming the collaborations that take place between Investment Capital, Architecture, Design, Construction Operations, Procurement, and Trade Partners to ensure the delivery of exceptional homes to homeowners. Your background in Service Design will help us identify new ways to improve the experience of these Team Members, Trade Partners, and Homeowners through AI assisted automation and improvements to our process, software, collaborations, and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum 8 years of product design experience • Minimum of 2 years of service design experience • Experience with early-stage high-growth startups • Experience building digital services that improve real-world operations • Experience working with multiple design systems across companies • Proven track record of delivering high-quality digital products • Positive and proactive work ethic • Self-directed with a collaborative mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Humble, approachable, insights-driven, and receptive to others • Strong leadership in design thinking methods and principles • Experience in guiding teams through Service Design methodologies • Ability to conduct and lead design research • Excellent design component and prototyping skills in Figma • Ability to understand and simplify complex systems • Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across teams • Ability to define and improve success metrics and measured impact
