• Design, develop, and implement experiential leadership development programs • Create learning objectives, design documents, and other learning design deliverables • Partner with Learning Strategy Senior Managers on needs analysis and instructional strategy • Proactively communicate task and project status to client group and management

• Strong communication skills • Background in instructional design, leadership, talent development, or psychology • Innovative approaches to develop leaders • Experience with vertical development, coaching, or leading a team • Experience with Agile Learning Development or Successive Approximation Model (SAM) • Self-driven, resourceful, and excellent at project management
