Requirements

• Experience in resolving issues over the phone in a customer-facing environment • Ability to engage customers professionally and deliver solutions that surpass expectations • Handling high volume phone calls and maintaining composure under pressure • Problem-solving skills and consultative sales approach • Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus • Secluded, uninterrupted workspace • Access to internet connection with minimum speed requirements • Preferably experience working from home and having suitable equipment
