Description

• Organize and push forward compliance requirements for HopSkipDrive • Translate legal requirements into operational conversations with clients and stakeholders • Maintain understanding of regulatory compliance requirements • Partner with cross-functional partners • Facilitate implementation of compliance requirements • Support the Director in optimizing HopSkipDrive’s regulatory portfolio

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in compliance, OR JD & 3+ years experience in compliance • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to educate clients on company compliance, translating requirements for both internal and external audiences • Proven ability to facilitate implementation of compliance requirements, setting up systems and processes to ensure compliance with limited supervision. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to practical business operations. • Exceptional organizational skills • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and reporting • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving regulatory environment. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
