• Handle in-bound inquiries and place out-bound follow-up calls to educators seeking life insurance solutions. • Develop trust-based relationships, educating clients on owning life insurance products. • Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics through consultative, needs-based selling. • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards. • Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and stay informed on industry updates and product enhancements.
• Active life license is required; health license to be obtained within 6 months of employment. • 3 years of financial services or consultative sales experience required, preferably within insurance, retirement planning, or wealth accumulation environments. • Experience in a call center or sales role, with proven ability to meet sales targets. • Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission. • Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly in a remote engagement model. • Comfortable using CRM tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working independently.
