📋 Description

• Arrange client appointments via phone, network and leads and build a clean pipeline • Learn and apply call scripts, needs assessment, follow-up and documentation standards • Work with KPIs, receive feedback and systematically improve results • Analyze client situations and prepare advisory materials in a structured way • Support conversations depending on your level of training, handle follow-ups and clarify next steps • Document processes and ensure organizational reliability • Work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for task packages

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student (university/college) • German at least C1 (spoken & written) • Strong communication skills, commitment and reliability • Self-initiative and a structured working style • Drive for performance and measurable results • Initial experience in sales, service, consulting or a sports/performance culture (preferred)
