📋 Description

• Provide consultative support to prospective customers via chat, with a focus on conversion • Qualify leads using sales techniques • Identify customer pain points and offer solutions tailored to their needs • Ensure a positive customer experience when purchasing the product or service • Keep the platform updated and maintain an organized sales operation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Inbound Sales and high-volume chat sales • Excellent verbal, reading, and written communication skills • Strong negotiation, resilience, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable and efficient working with multiple tools and prioritizing customer interactions • Motivated by challenges and targets • A plus: previous experience with SaaS and/or technology companies • Positions available for people with disabilities (PwD)
