📋 Description

• Lead the annual budget process, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning • Monitor actual results versus plan, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities • Track and analyze business metrics such as revenue, bookings, margin, and EBITDA • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions • Prepare management reports and executive presentations for local and global leadership • Support monthly and quarterly business performance reviews • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to support growth and profitability initiatives • Assess the financial feasibility of new projects, products, or investments • Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and margin optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields • Solid experience in FP&A, financial planning, or controllership • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling • Fluent English for frequent interaction with international teams • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate financial analyses clearly and concisely • Familiarity with recurring business metrics (MRR, churn, LTV/CAC, etc.) • Nice to have: experience in technology or SaaS companies • Nice to have: familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools • Nice to have: knowledge of SQL for data analysis • Nice to have: experience working in a multinational environment
