📋 Description

• Identification and direct approach of leadership candidates in the healthcare sector • Active sourcing via various recruiting channels and networks • Building and maintaining sustainable candidate networks in Northern Germany • Conducting phone, digital and in-person interviews • Advising and supporting leaders throughout the entire placement process • Preparing informative candidate profiles • Close collaboration with sales and Sales Consultants • Managing and coordinating ongoing recruitment processes • Monitoring market and recruiting trends in the healthcare sector

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, executive search or direct candidate outreach • Ideally experience in nursing, healthcare or hospital settings • Enjoy networking and building long-term relationships • Strong communication and interviewing skills • A good sense for people, motivation and potential • Independent and structured way of working • High quality awareness and reliability in dealing with candidates and clients
