📋 Description

• Your mission: the 12-month outcomes • We measure success not by hours at the desk, but by time-to-fill and the quality of deals. • Month 1: You have taken the lead for one account and manage the processes autonomously. • Month 2: "Closing time" — your first independent placement is finalized. • Month 6 (end of probation): You have generated €120,000 in revenue and, through excellent account management, developed 2 new projects/clients from your portfolio. • Month 12: You are at a minimum of €250,000 in annual revenue. You are a rock-solid performer in delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• We are not looking for administrators. We are looking for high-performance headhunters. • Sourcing: You master LinkedIn automation or tools like Clay, GitHub, and StackOverflow as levers to find passive talent that others can't reach. • Status authority: You engage with Practice Leads and C-level executives on equal footing. You are not a supplicant; you are the expert. • Extreme ownership: A difficult profile is not a reason to give up for you, but a challenge you win.
