📋 Description

• Diseñar, construir y ejecutar desde cero el funnel de captación, admisión y matriculación del nuevo grado universitario, generando relaciones estratégicas y confianza con estudiantes, familias e instituciones educativas. • Gestionar de principio a fin el proceso de admisión, desde la generación del lead hasta la matrícula. • Mantener reuniones, llamadas y seguimientos personalizados con estudiantes y familias. • Resolver dudas, orientar y acompañar decisiones clave con criterio y empatía. • Construir y optimizar el funnel de captación y sus automatizaciones. • Generar y gestionar activamente leads cualificados. • Visitar colegios, centros educativos y universidades para presentar el grado.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia contrastada en el sector educativo, especialmente en: Admisiones universitarias, Captación de alumnos, Lanzamiento o construcción de nuevos programas o grados. • Experiencia tratando con familias y entornos institucionales. • Disponibilidad para asistir a ferias, eventos, visitas a colegios o representación institucional. • Inglés nivel C1 (imprescindible). • Formación: Grado universitario. • Manejo de CRM y herramientas digitales (HubSpot, Notion, Office, automatizaciones).
