• To provide functional expertise to HSO’s Dynamics 365 customers both nationally and internationally. Reporting to Head of Functional Services • We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations Managed Services. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) systems for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements

• Understanding or exposure to different D365 Applications and design of business specific processes. • Experience in Accounts payable, general ledger, Accounts receivables, Accounting, fixed assets, exposure to GST Project will be an advantage. • D365 FO managed Services experience. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' technical inquiries and support requests related to D365 F&O. • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate clients on Microsoft Dynamics F&O usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. • Support knowledge transfer initiatives to empower clients to effectively manage and utilize their D365 F&O systems. • Implement customizations, configurations, and enhancements to optimize system functionality and usability. • Conduct performance assessments and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics F&O systems. • Understanding or exposure to different D365 Applications and design of business specific processes. • Experience in Accounts payable, general ledger, Accounts receivables, fixed assets, exposure to GST Project will be an advantage. • D365 FO Implementation experience, exposure to configuration setups. • Knowledge and experience with localizations of South Africa, Brazil and India will be added advantage. • Must have exposure in skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
