📋 Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across B2B channels. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and retail buyers. • Collaborate with and support a national network of individual sales reps. • Oversee forecasting to ensure product availability and proper inventory levels. • Lead sales demonstrations and attend industry trade events to showcase products. • Provide sales projections and ensure alignment with company goals. • Recruit, train, and manage additional sales team members as the business grows. • Foster new business relationships while strengthening existing partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on brick-and-mortar retail. • Proven track record of success selling to big-box retailers and corporate clients. • Strong knowledge of retail forecasting and sales projections. • Experience working with retail tools like Retail Link is strongly preferred. • Self-motivated, excellent communicator, and hands-on approach to achieving results. • Ability to thrive in a startup environment and grow into a managerial role. • Willingness to travel for sales demonstrations and client meetings.
