Description

• This is an opportunity to evolve the customer strategy of a fast-growing company • Help evolve segmentation, positioning, and messaging strategy to maximize value • Highly cross-functional position partnering with Revenue and Product teams • Develop and launch new product features and messaging accordingly • Create customer personas, case studies, education resources, and product training • Relentlessly optimize messaging based on actual results • Partner with Revenue Enablement for training and talk tracks • Investigate the end-to-end customer journey and improve the experience • Identify new omni-channel marketing campaigns opportunities • Usher in the go-to-market strategy, including naming, positioning, and launch marketing • Listen to Gong calls to identify areas of opportunity and share analysis and recommendations with leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in product marketing or product management • Experience growing strategic B2B market segments • Obsession with customers and data • Talent for identifying, communicating, and delivering value • Meticulous organization and time management skills • Hands-on experience managing campaigns using Salesforce and Marketo • People management experience within a revenue marketing organization • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills • Proven ability to work effectively across marketing and sales organizations • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company • Self-starter, able to lead innovative efforts and drive for excellence • Manage multiple projects and execute detailed action plans • Function independently and collaboratively with other team members
