Description

• Drive Humanitec's growth through inbound (75%) and outbound (25%) prospecting efforts, generating sales qualified leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business • Qualify inbound leads via email sequences, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, relevant content materials, events and other creative engagements • Create emails sequences, cold-calls scripts, and LinkedIn engagements to streamline the process of qualification • Research new tools, bring fresh ideas to the table to hit quota numbers and stay up to date with the sales prospecting frameworks • Grow into an Inside Sales Representative that takes a strategic and structured approach to identifying new business opportunities, engaging internal and client stakeholders • Independently conduct first calls with high value enterprise level prospects

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR, or a similar role and a passion for personal/professional growth • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creativity and a growth mindset • Proficiency in crafting persuasive email copy and sequence campaigns that drive conversions • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change • Highly organized, structured, and capable of working independently while also being a team player • Familiarity with a variety of tools including LinkedIn, HubSpot, SFDC, Dripify/Expandi, Crunchbase, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, CommonRoom, Clay, Cognizm, and proficient in using Google Spreadsheets • Ability to adapt and improve strategies as needed • English proficiency equivalent to that of a native speaker
