📋 Description

• Support digital marketing and advertising campaigns • Create, manage, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting • Maintain existing automated Klaviyo email campaigns • Manage social media accounts and engagement • Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media • Manage email and calendar • Perform data entry and general administration tasks • Support bookkeeping and e-commerce website updates • Assist with content creation and design

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns • Experience using Klaviyo • Experience using Shopify • Strong Canva design skills • Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong organisational and time-management skills • High attention to detail • Comfortable learning and implementing new software and AI tools • Experience supporting e-commerce businesses • Experience in customer service • Experience using ChatGPT and AI-powered tools
