• - Manage the end-to-end sales process, focusing on converting qualified leads into long-term partners. • - Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. • - Navigate complex organizations to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers. • - Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. • - Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline within the CRM to ensure consistent monthly and quarterly forecasting. • - Collaborate with the lead generation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new accounts.
• - Proven experience as an Account Executive with a heavy emphasis on closing new business. • - Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. • - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • - Strong ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships. • - High level of self-motivation and a "hunter" mentality. • - Resilience and the ability to handle objections gracefully. • Nice-to-Haves • - Previous experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology solutions. • - Familiarity with modern CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. • - Experience selling into diverse industries or enterprise-level accounts.
