📋 Description

• Source and engage high-quality candidates for Sales, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market positions • Recruit across international markets including LATAM, South Africa, EMEA, the UK, and the US • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using your own sourcing tools, databases, and professional networks • Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit • Present qualified candidates who meet client requirements • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Keep accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates • Stay informed about market trends, salary expectations, and hiring activity across specialist markets • Partner with Huzzle to source and place exceptional candidates for international clients • Collaborate with the Huzzle team on active hiring projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for Sales or Go-to-Market roles • Demonstrated success hiring across LATAM, South Africa, EMEA, the UK, and the US • Strong experience recruiting SDRs, BDRs, AEs, AMs, CSMs, Sales Managers, and other commercial roles • Extensive experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-Ray search, job boards, talent communities, and other sourcing techniques • Own LinkedIn Recruiter licence, sourcing tools, job board subscriptions, and recruitment technology required to perform the role • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through candidate submission • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously • High level of professionalism and accountability while working independently • Preferred: experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies • Preferred: experience working remotely with international clients • Preferred: existing networks of sales professionals across one or more target regions • Preferred: experience using modern ATS and CRM platforms
