📋 Description

• Manage and execute the company’s and subsidiaries’ cash disbursement process and banking function • Monitor and manage cash liquidity • Oversee setup of bank accounts, bank routing rules, and ongoing bank account maintenance in the accounting system • Oversee management of the banking infrastructure • Oversee banking relationships • Manage banking fees and interest earned • Initiate fund transfers to maximize cash benefit • Participate in cash forecasting for the company and its subsidiaries • Recommend drawing on the company’s line of credit when necessary • Serve as a trusted advisor on issues and trends • Provide general consulting services using expertise and best-practice knowledge • Provide guidance to other team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience as a treasury analyst • Microsoft Windows and Office proficiency • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills • Strong collaboration, leadership, judgment, and business acumen skills • Strong facilitation and project management skills • Strong interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate goals into new ideas and solution designs • Self-motivated; able to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong attention to detail • Ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners • Ability to develop engaging, informative, and compelling presentations • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact • Ability to establish rapport, gain trust, and build consensus • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to coach, mentor, and provide timely feedback • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products • Up to 5% travel time required
