• Engage and align customers with iBase-t Solumina software and industry best practices • Conduct workshops to demonstrate Solumina software functionalities and facilitate business process mapping • Develop and execute functional testing of the software • Address customer challenges and opportunities using troubleshooting skills • Document customer enhancement requests, system bugs, and service tickets • Mentor new employees as requested • Lead project activities and contribute to product innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business information systems, or related fields • 5-8 years of industry experience • Passion for working with customers in a fast-paced environment • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Effective leadership and influencing skills • Growth mindset and familiarity with complex manufacturing processes • Proficient in Agile Frameworks Scrum and Kanban • Deep understanding of process mapping, database concepts, and integration design • Ability to travel 30-40% of work time, including internationally if needed
