📋 Description

• Oversee scientific operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations • Manage site engagement efforts and maintain strong relationships and clear communication between clinical trial sites and ICON teams • Lead and mentor a team of site engagement professionals through study initiation, conduct, and closeout • Collaborate with clinical operations and project management teams to align site engagement strategies with study goals • Identify and address site concerns and provide solutions to enhance site performance and trial success • Drive initiatives to improve site satisfaction and retention • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business management, or a related field • Significant experience in site engagement or clinical operations • Proven experience managing site relationships and engagement in a clinical trial setting • Strong knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple sites and maintain clear communication • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of site satisfaction and regulatory compliance • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
