• Set the technical roadmap for the ID.me Marketplace organization • Build next-generation recommendation models, data pipelines, and services • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals • Transform ID.me Marketplace into a personalized experience • Conduct A|B experimentation and analyze results • Raise the bar for technical excellence and engineering best practices • Co-lead roadmap planning with engineering and product leadership • Own deliverables end-to-end • Mentor and provide leadership in knowledge sharing sessions

Requirements

• 10+ years developing web applications • 3+ years of machine learning experience • Strong understanding of A|B testing strategies • Experience building and owning distributed systems at scale • Proficiency in web technologies, frameworks, and programming design patterns • Mastery of databases, queues, and caching systems • Strong leadership and communication skills • Located in the continental U.S. • Preferred qualifications: startup experience, Ruby on Rails knowledge, experience with Hashicorp tools, automated deployment and verification, passion for automated testing
