Description

• As our suite of SaaS products keeps diversifying, we are showing 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue and projecting accelerated growth in 2024. • To power data-driven scaling, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst remotely in the Revenue Operations department to streamline the business decision-making process with actionable insights based on data intelligence. • In this role, you will have a direct impact on business decision-making, utilizing top-notch data analysis tools, such as Tableau, Google BigQuery, as well as working closely with the Data Engineering team. • Reporting to the BI Lead, you will have an immense opportunity to steer business strategy through analytics, modeling, and data storytelling as we rapidly scale. • What You Will Do - Collect and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders - Identify the needs of teams in analytics, formulating hypotheses - Study company data and patterns for drawing accurate conclusions - Develop new metrics - Timely and accurately interpret changes in indicators to identify trends that affect the business - Provide reports and dashboards to explain insights behind the data - Model business results for the upcoming changes - Apply knowledge of the subject area in the analysis (marketing, product, operations) - Increase and support the use of analytics and analytics tools by other departments

Requirements

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence/data analysis • Profound understanding of business context (sales and marketing) and a good understanding of metrics in the SaaS industry • Strong experience working with Tableau • Good knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Databases • Analytical and system thinking • Good level of written and conversational English, including the ability to gather business requirements and ask clarification questions in English
