Description

• Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve the performance management system to drive clarity on expectations, improve business impact measurement and inspire high performance • Train and coach managers to drive high performance • Own the suite of tools used for performance and OKR management

Requirements

• Deep expertise in performance management (3+ years), including annual performance management cycle and KPIs • Demonstrated thought leadership in performance management trends • Exceptional communication skills to partner with global business leaders • Proficiency in English (C1) • Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office Nice To Have • Previous experience working with the OKR framework • Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company
