Description

• Define and refine the overall product vision, goals, and roadmap. • Build and lead a high-performing product team. • Manage the end-to-end product development process. • Ensure seamless and delightful user experience. • Define and track key product metrics. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate updates. • Continuously monitor market and competitive analysis. • Collaborate with marketing for product launch and go-to-market strategies. • Promote a culture of constant improvement within the organization. • Act as a customer advocate and drive product improvements. • Take ownership of compliance management, risk assessment, regulatory research, documentation, collaboration, and training within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management or related roles. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Demonstrated experience in strategic product development. • Ability to drive data-informed decision-making. • Experience in user experience design and research. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and mitigation. • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. • Experience in collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
